The Cyber Security & Control Systems (CSCS) Storage & Virtual (S&V) Program Engineer is an on-site role at Hanscom AFB, MA. The position supports the Server Consolidation Environment (SCE) and Air Force Provisional Enterprise Data Center (AFPEDC) programs. Responsibilities include testing, implementing, and maintaining solutions, ensuring system performance, and applying industry-standard practices. The role involves collaboration with various teams and acting as a liaison for AFLCMC/HNI.
The primary focus is supporting the AFPEDC system at the Hanscom Integration and Test Facility (ITF), which mirrors the production environment for development and verification tasks. The engineer will provide on-site and remote engineering and integration services, including system architecture, solution design, performance assessments, documentation, and data migration. Additional duties encompass site audits, technical account management, cybersecurity recommendations, and support for ATO within the RMF system.
