Job summary

SC Johnson’s Global Information Security (GIS) Operations team seeks an Associate Manager, Cyber Security Operations to lead security awareness initiatives. You will design and deploy training campaigns, partner with stakeholders across IT, Legal, Communications and HR, and help employees and partners understand and apply security best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, MIS, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in information security, risk management, HR, communications, or IT service management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Educate, engage, and drive cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives for employees, contractors, and partners.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Communications and HR to deliver a robust security awareness program.
• Create and maintain content, templates and channels to ensure consistent, high-quality awareness materials.
