Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Cyber Security Operations to lead enterprise-wide security awareness initiatives. You will collaborate across IT, Legal, Communications, and HR to deploy engaging campaigns that drive practical security habits among employees, contractors, and partners.

The role emphasizes creative problem solving and continuous improvement, with a Racine-based onsite start and a hybrid work option after ramping up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, MIS, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ work experience in information security, risk management, human resources, communications, or IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage: design, deliver, and drive cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives across employees, contractors, and external partners.
• Ideate and inspire: create fresh, people-centered engagement strategies to foster lasting cyber-secure habits.
• Build and maintain partnerships: collaborate with IT, Legal, Communications, and HR to run a robust security awareness program.
• Create and maintain content: improve content libraries, templates, and channels for consistency and relevance.
• Communicate effectively: craft security communications with project managers and stakeholders to maximize engagement.
• Drive threat-informed awareness: work with Threat Management to reflect new trends and best practices.
• Measure and improve: use phishing/training metrics to enhance security strategies.
• Support Human Risk Management: assist in strategic planning and pilot new tools or methods.
