Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field in Learning & Development, Organizational Change and Communications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related.
• 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, human risk management, and related areas.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity topics and human-risk concepts.
• Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute global cybersecurity awareness and training strategies aligned to priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Own human risk management products and services, defining strategy and adoption plans.
• Design enterprise-wide awareness campaigns and learning journeys for high-risk groups.
• Evolve learning experiences with AI-enabled education and behavioral insights.
• Identify AI capabilities to enhance awareness, training, and engagement while ensuring security.
• Establish KPIs to measure culture, risk reduction and program effectiveness.
• Oversee learning technologies, platforms, and vendor relationships for scalable delivery.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, L&D, and Security teams to translate threats into education.
