Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager for Cyber Security Operations (Finance) to join the Global Information Security team. The role focuses on designing and delivering security awareness campaigns, engaging stakeholders, and advancing risk-reducing habits across the organization.

You'll collaborate with IT, Legal, Communications, and HR to deploy effective training content, measure impact, and continuously improve the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, MIS, HR, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' work experience in information security, risk management, human resources, communications, or IT service management.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage through cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging security awareness programs for employees, contractors, and partners.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Communications, and HR to support enterprise security objectives.
