Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Cyber Resiliency Manager at the Bothell site to safeguard IT/OT systems, ensure rapid recovery from cyber incidents, and maintain product quality and patient safety. You will partner with IT, Engineering and QA to strengthen controls across MES, LIMS, ERP, and manufacturing processes.

The role requires 5+ years of cybersecurity/OT experience in pharma, familiarity with GxP, FDA/EMA guidance, and hands-on work with pharma systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of progressive experience; bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, OT security, or cyber resiliency; 3+ years in manufacturing/critical infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS, pharma manufacturing systems, and automation technologies.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA frameworks, NIST CSF, IEC 62443; Purdue/ISA OT architectures.
• Hands-on with pharma systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP (SAP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to influence leadership without direct authority.
• Experience presenting risk reports, KPIs, executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run a site cyber resiliency program aligned with BMS policies.
• Lead incident response and coordinate DR/backup for site systems.
• Secure OT environments, patching, segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and provide evidence for audits.
• Deliver cyber resiliency training customized for operators, engineers, and leadership.
