Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking an Operations Shift Lead for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) to join the CESO team in Arlington, VA. This onsite role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and leads a team responsible for monitoring, incident triage, and runbook execution.

The successful candidate will coordinate across network, systems, security, and vendor teams, ensure SLA adherence, mentor staff, and contribute to post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8750 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Windows or Linux server environments.
• Prior experience leading an operations team or senior escalation point.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations tasks during assigned shifts.
• Oversee monitoring of network, servers, applications, and infrastructure for outages and performance issues.
• Own incident triage, escalation, and resolution through to closure.
• Coordinate with network, systems, security, applications, and vendor teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, escalation procedures, and runbooks.
• Review alerts and incidents for trends and potential improvements.
• Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Mentor and provide guidance during complex incidents.
• Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and operational metrics.
• Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
