Job summary

Nightwing Group is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to join the IT support services desk onsite in Arlington. You will act as the first level Help Desk, assist new users, manage tickets, and support provisioning of equipment and tools to end users.

The role requires DoD-style security posture including 5+ years in IT Helpdesk, MacOS/iOS experience, and collaborative work across multiple locations. An active clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
• 5+ years of directly relevant IT Helpdesk experience.
• 3+ years MacOS and iOS experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first level Help Desk for the TEN Lab’s systems and accounts.
• Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools; respond to user requests via email, walk-ins, phone calls or other communication means.
• Create and maintain accurate Tickets for Help Desk activities; support asset management and maintain inventory records.
