Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to join the IT support services desk in the customer environment, supporting analysts and business continuity of missions. The role includes first-level Help Desk, user setup, ticketing, asset tracking, and lab provisioning across locations.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), 5+ years in IT/HED, 3+ years MacOS/iOS, and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years IT Helpdesk; 3+ years MacOS and iOS.
• Ability to work collaboratively across physical locations and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-level Help Desk for the TEN Lab’s systems and accounts.
• Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools.
• Respond to user requests via email, walk-ins, phone calls or other communication means in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain accurate Tickets for Help Desk activities.
• Work with Asset Management to support accurate records and maintain asset records.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment in the lab environment.
• Provide support for systems administration tasks such as patching and updating network infrastructure.
• Advise on the development of lab SOPs and policies.
• Provide support for VPN or VDI (e.g., Citrix) to users.
• Provide support for MacOS and iOS to users.
• Troubleshoot and triage basic to intermediate technical challenges and user issues.
• Assist in managing user accounts and resetting credentials.
• Maintain NetApp data storage area and capabilities following customer direction.
• Identify efficiencies to improve existing procedures with customer approval.
