Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to join the IT support desk in a government environment. You will be the first point of contact for the TEN Lab, assist users, manage tickets, support provisioning and asset records, and contribute to lab SOPs.

A DoD clearance and related experience are required. The role involves collaborating across multiple locations, administering VPN/VDI, and supporting MacOS and iOS users, while ensuring security and operational readiness for

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required.
Active DoD secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
DHS suitability must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first level Help Desk for the TEN Lab's systems and accounts.
Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools.
Respond to user requests via email, walk-ins, phone calls or other communication means in a timely manner.
Create and maintain accurate Tickets for Help Desk activities.
Work with Asset Management to support accurate records and maintain assets.
Support the lab's technology deployments and provisioning.
Provide systems administration support including patching and network maintenance.
Develop and update SOPs and policies for lab operations.
Support VPN/VDI to users (Citrix, VMWare).
Provide MacOS and iOS support to users.
Troubleshoot and triage basic to intermediate issues.
Manage user accounts and credentials resets.
Maintain NetApp data storage per customer guidance.
Identify efficiencies in existing procedures with customer approval.
