Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Project Manager for its Cyber Incident Response group. You will manage complex engagements, coordinate data transfers, and lead data identification and reduction efforts for PII/PHI incidents. The role requires a background in eDiscovery or cyber incident response and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management (or equivalent).
• Experience working with Relativity as a Project Manager.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, including leading calls/meetings with clients.
• Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Working knowledge of Media Collections, Processing, Hosting, Review Support and Productions.
• Ideal candidates will have Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery/Cyber tools (Technology Assisted Review).
• Ideal candidates will have prior Cyber Incident Response experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients at the start of engagements.
• Coordinate data transfer between external parties and Epiq.
• Lead kickoff calls and provide consultative Cyber Incident Response guidance.
• Interpret client requirements within eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response contexts.
• Set and manage client expectations for deliverables and timeframes.
• Design efficient data mining and capture workflows for data exfiltration.
• Advise on data identification and reduction methodologies.
• Perform data mining and report results to clients.
• Coordinate case closure and data destruction for engagements.
• Continuously learn evolving eDiscovery/Cyber technologies.
• Handle other special projects as assigned by management.
