Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Incident Coordinator to manage cyber incident portfolios remotely from New York. You will lead client interactions, coordinate breach response activities, and oversee schedules, proposals, and data transfers to ensure accurate, timely outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in client-facing project management and strong Excel/Data skills. This remote role may require occasional in-person attendance at events and offers comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of project management or equivalent education/certifications.
• 3–7 years of client-facing experience in project management or a similar high-pressure service environment.
• Strong English communication, empathy, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of cyber incidents, data breach, and fraud-related cases with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary client contact, guiding through each matter with clear, empathetic communication.
• Lead client intakes, assess incident information, coordinate proposals, contracts, schedules, and service administration.
