Job summary

ACES Group LLC is seeking Human Capital Managers to support DoD CIO with onsite work at Mark Center, Alexandria VA. The role requires an Active Secret clearance and extensive federal HR experience focused on CES staffing and oversight of personnel systems.

You will provide technical HR guidance to DoD components, draft policy materials, and coordinate across WID and other offices to advance workforce initiatives. Strong communication and policy analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Master’s degree with 12+ years relevant experience.
• 7+ years federal HR experience, preferably with DoD.
• Experience in recruitment and staffing to support CES oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on CES recruitment and staffing policies.
• Advise CES stakeholders throughout staffing processes for diverse audiences.
• Guide CES personnel actions coding and processing in HR systems.
• Review justifications for special salary rates, incentives, and hiring authorities.
• Develop CES staffing policies and guidance documents.
• Draft DoD CES partnership guidance and policy materials.
• Support DoD CIO workforce content updates and stakeholder inquiries.
• Coordinate with WID and DoD components to align initiatives.
• Prepare briefings, white papers, and memoranda for senior leadership.
