Job summary

Deloitte Cyber's Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks a manager who bridges advisory, product engineering, and hands-on delivery to tackle digital trust, privacy, AI governance, and data protection challenges for clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, architect scalable solutions, and translate business requirements into production-grade architectures while mentoring engineers and driving best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into architectures.
• 7+ years building production-grade solutions across cloud platforms with containers and CI/CD.
• 1+ years designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and managing delivery scope & risks.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and potential immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into technical architectures, requirements, and backlogs.
• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions, including AI capabilities and data protection integrations.
• Build APIs, automations, workflows, dashboards, and governance-as-code within client environments.
• Prototype with clients and internal teams to validate approaches and shape solutions.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, quality, and client communications; mentor others.
