Job summary

Deloitte France's Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks an Engineering Manager who can translate client needs into AI-enabled, production-grade solutions. You will lead hands-on delivery, architect the target state, implement scalable services, and develop reusable accelerators while guiding both client engagements and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or related field
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection
• 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless
• 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control
• 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client/production
• Ability to travel 25-50%

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to architecture and delivery objectives
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, POCs, prototypes, estimation, and pricing inputs
• Manage client delivery by overseeing scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction
• Build team capability through accelerators, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices
