Job summary

Deloitte Cyber's Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks a technically strong Full Stack Engineer Manager who blends advisory work with hands-on delivery. You will architect and implement trusted, scalable solutions across privacy, AI governance, data protection, and compliance in client environments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, embed governance into workflows, and prototype with clients to validate directions, while ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering/IT/cybersecurity.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures (REST, microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• 7+ years building/deploying production-grade solutions with Python/Java/Node.js; 2+ years on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 1+ years designing/ deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client/production environments.
• Experience in digital trust, online protection, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or cryptography; leading delivery teams and shaping pursuits.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, potential immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives and risk requirements into architectures, backlogs, and implementation plans.
• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions in client environments (AI/GenAI guardrails, data protection).
• Build APIs, automations, workflows, dashboards, and governance-imbued deployment workflows with policy enforcement and monitoring.
• Prototype with clients and internal experts to validate approaches and shape solution direction with demos, PoCs, estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and financials; address deployment challenges and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop reusable accelerators, docs, and engineering best practices.
