Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven or serverless patterns.
• 7+ years building production-grade software with Python, Java or Node.js and 2+ years on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) including containers and CI/CD.
• 1+ years delivering generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Experience in digital trust, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or related fields, and leading technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives and policy expectations into technical architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions in client environments including GenAI capabilities.
• Build APIs, automations, workflows, dashboards, and other technical components with governance embedded in workflows.
• Prototype with clients and internal teams to validate approaches and shape solution direction.
• Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and financials; resolve deployment challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop reusable accelerators, documentation, and best practices.
