Job summary

Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks an Engineering Manager to solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will lead teams, architect, build, and deploy production-grade solutions across engagements.

This role blends client engagement with hands-on delivery, shaping pursuits, developing accelerators, and driving high-quality outcomes for clients and teams alike. Travel 25–50% is typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection).
• 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, or serverless components.
• 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• 6–12 months designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in a client or production setting.
• Ability to travel 25–50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture.
• Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Manage client delivery by overseeing scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
• Build team and client capability through accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices.
