Job summary

Deloitte Cyber's Digital Trust & Privacy practice is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams and shape AI-driven, production-grade solutions addressing identity, access, and data protection challenges. This role blends client engagement with hands-on delivery, guiding architecture, implementation, and overall program success.

You will mentor teams, develop accelerators, and drive high-quality outcomes across engagements, striving for resilient and scalable cyber services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Digital Trust & Privacy domains such as IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection.
• 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless).
• 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, including containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 6–12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• As an Engineering Manager, translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to architecture and delivery objectives.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, diagnosing issues as needed.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.
• Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction while driving continuous improvement across engagements.
• Build team and client capability through accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices.
