• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin management, and governance
• Serve as senior escalation point to CISOs and CIOs for security incidents and executive briefings
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response and related domains
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across geographies
• Drive practice growth through proposals, client presentations, and technology adoption
