Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President, Engineering Managed Services within the Cyber Foundry to lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements across multiple geographies. You will direct delivery, forecasting, governance, and client engagements.

You will mentor Managers and technical leads, shape the security operations strategy, and drive growth through proposals, client presentations, and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SOC/Managed Security Services or Cyber Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership across engagements.
• 5+ years with security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and EDR/XDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements across geographies.
• Serve as senior escalation point to CISOs/CIOs for incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations and incident response.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, technical leads, and analysts.
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, RFPs, and client solutions.
