Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP), Engineering Managed Services within the Cyber Foundry to lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements. You will guide cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to client CISOs and CIOs, shaping security strategy and incident response.

The role emphasizes leadership, client governance, and delivery excellence across multiple security domains, with significant travel and engagement management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience across engagements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, or related field
• Willingness to travel ~50% on average

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margins, and governance
• Provide senior escalation support to client CISOs and CIOs for incidents and strategic risk decisions
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, endpoint security, and network security
• Coach and develop managers, technical leads, and analysts across geographies
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, proposals, and client solutions
