Job summary

Citizens in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Manager, Cyber Readiness & Exercises to lead and mature the enterprise‑wide cyber exercise program. You will guide strategy, governance, and creation of realistic scenarios to validate preparedness, response capabilities, and resilience across audiences.

The role requires 8–12 years in cyber security, at least 3 years of people leadership, and experience building exercise libraries, metrics, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security, CS, IT, or equivalent experience.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBCP or similar credentials.
• Experience in large regulated organizations; leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber exercise strategy, governance, and maturity program.
• Oversee design, development, execution, and evaluation of cyber exercises across audiences.
• Develop and maintain a cyber scenario library reflecting current functions and gaps.
• Define and report program metrics, maturity and effectiveness to leadership.
• Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, coaching and career development.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Enterprise Resilience, Risk Management and senior leadership.
