Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Baltimore seeks a Technology, Cyber, and Business Continuity Exercise Planner to join the Fusion team. You will plan and deliver exercises—tabletop, drills, functional, and full-scale simulations—to test incident response and continuity across technology and business units.

The role requires 3+ years in cyber security, business continuity, or related fields, with strong facilitation and communication skills; you will work with global teams and drive KPIs and improved processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in cyber security, business continuity, disaster recovery, IT operations, incident management, or related fields.
• Experience planning and facilitating operational exercises or leading multidiscipline teams during major incidents.
• Ability to absorb information quickly and identify gaps in knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead sessions with multi-disciplinary teams from junior staff to senior Firm Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of exercises to assess operational threat responses.
• Develop and track program KPIs and actions from exercises.
• Collaborate with global teams across Technology, business units, infrastructure, security and legal to design scenarios.
• Enhance tooling and information management systems for the Fusion Exercise Program.
