Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Exercise Planner to support a DoD/COCOM cyber readiness program on-site at Fort Meade, MD. You will lead cyber exercise planning across the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) to ensure training objectives align with mission outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating requirements, drafting directives, developing scenarios, managing MOE/MOP measurements, supporting JTP/JEP plans, and organizing Tabletop Exercises, ROC drills, and other readiness events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting cyber operations, military exercise planning, joint training or readiness programs.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a CI polygraph.
• Security+ certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Military Studies, National Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cyber exercise planning support throughout the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Coordinate requirements, draft exercise directives, develop cyber scenarios, and support planning events.
• Manage and maintain training objectives within JTIMS.
• Develop and apply MOE and MOP to assess training objectives and operational scenarios.
• Support development of the JTP and JEP by aligning training requirements with readiness objectives.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in Tabletop Exercises (TTXs), ROC drills, and other readiness-focused training events.
