Responsibilities include leading full-lifecycle engagements, developing IMS, and collaborating with program leadership to harmonize cyber, OT/ICS, and platform domains while maintaining RMF alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience.
• 15+ years supervising technical teams; DoD/Military customer experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and programmatic discipline.
• Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead matrixed cyber delivery team driving full-lifecycle engagements across Zero Trust, RMF, OT/ICS security.
• Translate proposals into actionable engagement plans with milestones and IMS.
• Collaborate with CTO Cyber Capability Team Lead to operationalize offerings and delivery accelerators.
• Harmonize infrastructure, cloud, systems, AI/ML, and DevSecOps to deliver outcomes.
• Map requirements to Zero Trust controls and RMF across enterprise IT, edge/OT, mission platforms.
• Support learning-forward capabilities and IRAD transitions; measure outcomes for program transitions.
