The role connects strategy to execution, delivering mission-aligned modernization outcomes and managing a high-performing remote team. You will co-lead IRAD workstreams, shape market-ready offerings, and accelerate Growth and Delivery from enterprise to edge, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or business-related field.
• 12+ years of progressive technical and team leadership experience in cyber, Zero Trust, infrastructure, and edge computing.
• Security clearance: SECRET to start; ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform & weapons cyber offerings.
• Drive growth through pursuits, solutioning, and demonstrations of executive presence.
• Curate offerings and talent; build pipelines and upskilling paths for delivery teams.
• Translate mission requirements into architectures aligned with Zero Trust and RMF.
• Drive end-to-end defense solutioning across Enterprise IT, weapons/platforms, and OT environments.
• Co-lead IRAD strategy and execution; measure transition-to-program outcomes.
• Stand up communities of practice and reusable assets for modern enterprise and edge environments.
• Lead across a matrix with CTO, Growth, and Delivery organizations.
