Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineering, Sr. Principal to own the end-to-end defensive posture for the DoD, including Zero Trust, RMF/ATO lifecycle, and enterprise ICAM implementation at the San Antonio/ Lackland AFB area.

You will lead security design, artifact generation, and continuous ATO management, coordinating incident response and threat intel operations with government partners. US citizenship and Top Secret/SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12–15 years in cybersecurity engineering.
• 8+ years RMF/ATO leadership experience.
• 5+ years designing Zero Trust/ICAM architectures.
• 5+ years enterprise IR/threat hunting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architectural design and implementation of security boundaries and defenses.
• Lead RMF documentation, author security artifacts, and manage ATO processes.
• Design and enforce the enterprise ICAM framework (IdP, PAM, RBAC, MFA).
• Lead incident response and threat intelligence operations, including MISP administration.
