Job summary

Epiq’s Cyber Incident Response group leads the review of data exfiltrated in cyber incidents to identify individuals affected. The Project Manager will initiate engagements, coordinate data transfers, and drive efficient workflows for data mining and reduction, while serving as the primary client contact from kickoff through completion.

The role requires experience in eDiscovery project management, familiarity with Relativity, and strong communication to manage client expectations and deliver

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in eDiscovery project management.
  • Minimum 2 years with Relativity as PM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; experience leading calls/meetings.
  • Knowledge of the EDRM.
  • Working knowledge of Media Collections, Processing, Hosting, Review and Productions.
  • Able to manage an active and fluctuating caseload.
  • Experience with Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery/Cyber tools (TAR).
  • Previous experience in Cyber Incident Response.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret client requirements within eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response.

  • Consult on data identification and reduction methods.
  • Perform data mining and report detailed results to clients.
  • Coordinate case closure and data destruction for completed engagements.
  • Develop expertise in evolving eDiscovery/Cyber Incident technologies.
  • Handle special projects as defined by management.

Successful candidates must have a professional background in the electronic discovery or cyber incident response industry to successfully manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager is responsible for initiating new engagement, coordinating data transfer, and performing data identification & reduction processes.
