Job summary

Leidos LLC supports the DISA GSM-O II program, delivering cyber training and curriculum development to ensure readiness of DoD cyber forces. The role focuses on real-time analysis, curriculum development, and evaluation standards aligned with Joint Training objectives for information assurance readiness.

The candidate will update training materials, contribute to workforce development strategies, and collaborate across multiple DoD entities to sustain mission essential task proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Familiar with the Joint Training System: Requirements; Plans; Execution; Assessments.
• Familiar with DRRS, JTIMS and JLLIS programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber technical research and analysis to define training requirements and procedures for DCDC.
• Plan, manage, conduct, and integrate the cyber training program and update curricula annually.
• Support continuous performance improvement and standardization for future capability needs and adversary modifications.
• Maintain DCDC training databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues impacting training, exercises, and daily operations.
• Elicit inputs for planning from cyberspace operations elements to ensure broad representation of the community.
• Develop and support training materials and after-action processes to achieve mission proficiency.
• Develop curriculum and facilitate foundation to expert level training for DoD Cyber Operations Forces.
• Ensure informed, alert, and security-conscious workforce per DoD instructions and manuals.
• Review and advise on updates to the System Security Plan for Certification and Accreditation.
