STOPSO is seeking a Project Manager to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Defensive Cyberspace Operations Mission Support Services (DCOMSS) program at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

The Project Manager leads delivery, integrating staffing, schedules, quality, risk, deliverables, and customer coordination across cyber defense, assessment, threat intelligence, and support activities. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of documented relevant experience in a DoD or enterprise IT environment, including program or task-order management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, data management, quality assurance, team administration, and application of PMI principles.
• Management position with an 8140 Program Manager equivalency; specific degree or PMP certification not required by the stated experience.
• For a Government-confirmed 801 Intermediate assignment, current matrix-listed certification options are CGRC/CAP, DAWIA PM Practitioner, SecurityX/CASP+; an approved alternative is the DAU Program Manager (Intermediate) Playlist.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated task-order schedule, staffing plan, risk and opportunity register, quality controls, and deliverable calendar.
• Lead phase-in, operational readiness reviews, performance reviews, and corrective-action follow-through.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across Blue Team, vulnerability assessment, cyber threat intelligence, tooling, and administrative support.
• Track workforce readiness, position qualifications, access, coverage, and replacement actions with functional leads.
• Prepare clear status reports, decision requests, meeting records, and performance data for company and Government stakeholders.
• Manage task-order records, data, process improvement, and timely escalation of issues affecting mission coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the position's responsibilities, qualifications, clearance, and authorized scope.
