Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) seeks a Project Manager to lead the USARC Defensive Cyberspace Operations Mission Support Services program at Fort Bragg, NC. You will integrate staffing, schedules, quality, risk, deliverables, and customer coordination across cyber defense, assessment, threat intelligence, and support activities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of documented relevant experience in DoD or enterprise IT environments, including program or task-order management, scheduling, risk and data management, quality assurance, and team administration.
• Demonstrated application of PMI principles; degree or PMP-family certification is not required by the stated management experience.
• For a Government-confirmed 801 Intermediate assignment, current matrix-listed certification options such as CGRC/CAP, DAWIA PM Practitioner, SecurityX/CASP+ or DAU Program Manager (Intermediate) are considered.
• DoD 8140 Program Manager equivalency is acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated task-order schedule, staffing plan, risk and opportunity register, quality controls, and deliverable calendar.
• Lead phase-in, operational readiness reviews, performance reviews, and corrective-action follow-through.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across Blue Team, vulnerability assessment, cyber threat intelligence, tooling, and administrative support.
• Track workforce readiness, position qualifications, access, coverage, and replacement actions with functional leads.
• Prepare clear status reports, decision requests, meeting records, and performance data for company and Government stakeholders.
• Manage task-order records, data, process improvement, and timely escalation of issues affecting mission coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the position's responsibilities, qualifications, clearance, and authorized scope.
