Job summary

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) seeks a Project Manager to lead the USARC Defensive Cyberspace Operations Mission Support Services program at Fort Bragg, NC. You will integrate staffing, schedules, risk and deliverables while coordinating across cyber defense, assessment, threat intelligence, and support activities.

The role requires 5+ years of DoD or enterprise IT program management experience, PMI principles, and relevant certifications or equivalency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of documented relevant experience in a DoD or enterprise IT environment (program or task-order management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, data management, quality assurance, team administration).
• Experience applying Project Management Institute principles; a specific degree or PMP-family certification is not required by the stated requirement.
• For a Government-confirmed 801 Intermediate assignment, current matrix-listed certification options include CGRC/CAP, DAWIA PM Practioner, SecurityX/CASP+ or an approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated task-order schedule, staffing plan, risk and opportunity register, quality controls, and deliverable calendar.
• Lead phase-in, operational readiness reviews, performance reviews, and corrective-action follow-through.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across Blue Team, vulnerability assessment, cyber threat intelligence, tooling, and administrative support.
• Track workforce readiness, position qualifications, access, coverage, and replacement actions with functional leads.
• Prepare clear status reports, decision requests, meeting records, and performance data for company and Government stakeholders.
• Manage task-order records, data, process improvement, and timely escalation of issues affecting mission coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the position's responsibilities, qualifications, clearance, and authorized scope.
