Job summary

Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Blue Team Lead and Senior Cyber Defense Analyst to support the USARC DCOMSS program at Fort Bragg, NC. Lead monitoring, detection, incident response coordination, and integrated assessment execution.

Responsibilities include managing analyst coverage, escalation, and operational readiness; coordinating with staff; mentoring analysts and maintaining readiness for mission support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant cyber operations experience in a DoD or enterprise IT environment.
• Must meet DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements for each work role and possess approved qualification path.
• Current matrix-listed certification options for 511 Intermediate: CEH, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GCED, GDSA, GMON, GRID, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+.
• Preferred DoD or enterprise IT experience with mission tooling and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Blue Team operations and tiered watch coverage.
• Coordinate incident response, threat hunting, and content development.
• Maintain Blue Team SOPs, playbooks, and training for readiness.
• Review investigations and ensure timely operational reports and customer coordination.
• Integrate vulnerability assessment, CTI, tooling, and surge requirements.
• Track staffing, qualifications, access, and conduct mentoring.
