CALNET, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the USARC - Defensive Cyberspace Operations, located at Fort Bragg, NC. You will oversee the task order, manage scheduling, risk, data, and quality assurance, and ensure delivery under the CIO/G-6 Cybersecurity Operations and Cybersecurity Program Management Branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Master’s Degree Preferred).
• PMP certification.
• U.S. Citizenship and a Secret Clearance required.
• 15+ years IT Infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management for the task order, including scheduling, risk and opportunity management, task order management, data management, and quality assurance.
• Provide centralized administrative, documentation, knowledge-management, and SharePoint/site-administration functions for the USARC CIO/G-6 Cybersecurity Operations Branch and Cybersecurity Program Management Branch.
• Prepare and maintain a Task Order Management Plan describing the technical approach, resources, and controls to meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements.
• Initiate formal project management using PMI principles to support audits, new system installation, and new process adoption for networks.
• Build and maintain a catalog of standard service reports describing service delivery quality (e.g., threat assessments, compliance reports, CCRI reports, briefings).
• The Project Manager shall be responsible for all contractor team administration.
