The role requires 5+ years in staffing or professional development in a large law firm, with 7+ years for senior candidates. JD degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct staffing and work allocation experience in a large law firm or professional services.
• Senior level candidates require 7+ years with 2+ years management experience.
• JD degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing and workload allocation for associates.
• Track metrics and ensure equitable distribution of assignments.
• Coordinate with Legal Talent and HR on onboarding and integration.
• Support performance review processes and coaching.
• Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion to promote inclusive culture.
• Provide mentoring and training to associates.
