Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct staffing and work allocation experience in a large law firm or professional services organization.
• Senior level candidates require 7+ years in the field with 2+ years of exempt/management experience.
• Substantial experience in work allocation, talent management, career coaching, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and work allocation for associates within the practice group.
• Monitor workloads and development; allocate new matters to ensure equitable distribution.
• Track metrics and analytics on associate availability and utilization.
• Partner with Talent and leadership to support hiring aligned with group goals.
• Support performance reviews and facilitate feedback with coaching where needed.
• Collaborate on onboarding, integration, and orientation for new hires.
• Promote ongoing training, development initiatives and licensure compliance.
• Advocate inclusive culture with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
