Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior CXO Customer Advocacy Manager to own two flagship programs: the customer story program and the CXO Visionaries community for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.

You will translate complex cyber resilience outcomes into board-ready narratives, collaborate with sales, product, and marketing, and drive end-to-end program operations that scale across geographies and senior leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or closely related field with direct ownership of a customer story, reference, or executive community program.
• Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, AI or similar.
• Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery, identity resilience, or hybrid cloud data protection with senior IT leaders.
• Ability to write clearly about complex technical topics for a senior business audience, without jargon or clichés.
• Strong interviewing instincts to draw out authentic stories, not just testimonials.
• Experience working in enterprise sales environments and understanding how customer proof points impact deals and executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates across verticals, geographies, in partnership with sales and product teams.
• Lead customer discovery conversations to surface operational impact and outcomes.
• Write and produce first-draft narratives in multiple formats (stories, video briefs, executive abstracts).
• Own the CXO Visionaries program end to end for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 leaders.
• Develop CXO Visionary profiles and design the Visionaries award program.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely access to threat intelligence for members.
• Develop technical context in stories by aligning with product and Zero Labs teams.
• Define quality standards for Rubrik customer stories and enforce them.
