Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Senior CXO Customer Advocacy Manager to lead customer storytelling and the exclusive CXO Visionaries community. You will translate security outcomes into board-ready narratives and manage a multi-channel program across firms including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.

The role requires deep technical credibility with senior IT leaders and strong content craft to create material used in executive engagements and investor contexts.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a closely adjacent field with direct ownership of a customer story, reference, or executive community program.
Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, AI or similar.
Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery, identity resilience, or hybrid cloud data protection with senior IT leaders.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates across key verticals, geographies, and use cases.
Lead discovery conversations to surface operational impact and post-change outcomes.
Write and produce first-draft narratives across formats: written stories, video briefs, executive one-pagers, and abstracts.
Own and operate the CXO Visionaries program end to end for CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.
Design and manage CXO Visionaries profiles and awards, and coordinate executive content.
