Extreme Networks is seeking a CXO Program Manager to join our Brand team. You will create and deliver world‑class experiences for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other senior tech leaders through invitation‑only events, executive communications, and digital engagement.

Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership, you will strengthen relationships, elevate the brand, and drive growth. Travel may be required to support global events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events.
• Proven experience managing high‑touch executive events and VIP experiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for event execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, logistics, execution, and measurement of invitation‑only CXO events.
• Coordinate executive participation, timelines, vendors, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Design attendee journeys that create meaningful networking opportunities and reinforce the brand.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to continually innovate and elevate the executive event experience.
• Transform the CXO Program into a year‑round executive community.
• Develop engagement initiatives including executive forums, newsletters, and exclusive resources.
• Collaborate with content strategy, digital marketing, and creative teams for consistent branding.
• Establish KPIs and report program performance to senior leadership.
