Job summary
Xometry seeks a Technical Executive Communications Manager to craft and elevate the internal and external narratives for its technical leadership. You will translate complex tech milestones into compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences, spending 80% on the CTO and 20% on the CXO/leadership team.
The role requires 5–8+ years in technical executive communications within a B2B tech environment, strong PLG understanding, and the ability to ghostwrite for engineers and executives
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in technical executive communications or technical content strategy in B2B tech.
- Ability to interview engineers and product leaders to translate complex concepts.
- Experience ghostwriting speeches, blog posts, and executive communications.
Responsibilities
- Own CTO communications strategy and narrative development across software architecture, AI/ML, and product innovation.
- Draft external content including keynote decks, technical blogs, op-eds, and media materials.
- Support CTO speaking events and media operations; draft product news releases with corporate communications.
- Create internal communications aligning engineering, product, and cross‑functional roadmaps.
- Translate product capabilities into customer-centric storytelling with cross‑functional partners.
