Job summary

BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a Customer Experience Visual Design Intern for the Spring Rotation (Jan 11, 2027 – May 14, 2027). You will transform complex concepts into engaging visual stories, create journeys/infographics, and develop reusable presentation templates within a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate across functions, support brand-aligned visuals, and contribute to customer and dealer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior.
• Field of study: Business, Finance.
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
• Ability to work part-time (36.25 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and turn feedback into design deliverables.
• Translate business concepts and strategies into clear visual stories for internal and external audiences.
• Create graphics, presentations, infographics, diagrams, and visual assets aligned with brand standards.
• Support development and visualization of customer and dealer journeys, including journey maps and process flows.
• Design and maintain reusable templates for presentations, workshops, communications, and project deliverables.
• Organize design files, incorporate revisions, and ensure visual quality across deliverables.
