As a Customer Experience Design Intern, you will work at the intersection of business, strategy, and design, helping transform complex concepts into engaging visual stories and customer experience solutions. You will support the creation of presentations, journey maps, process flows, infographics, and other visual assets while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer and dealer experiences and communicate strategic initiatives effectively.
This is a full time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
