Job summary

BMW Shared Services offers a Spring Rotation internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ for 2027, focusing on pricing and performance management. You will perform complex pricing analysis, track budgets, and craft management presentations.

As you collaborate with program managers to visualize talking points, you will quickly learn new pricing/financial tools and build analytical models in MS Excel, while supporting cross-functional business units. Hybrid work and an internship vehicle lease are included.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior
• Field of study: Business, Finance
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
• Ability to work part-time (36.25 hours/week)
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and turn feedback into effective design deliverables.
• Translate business concepts, strategies, and complex information into clear, engaging visual stories for internal and external audiences.
• Create graphics, presentations, infographics, diagrams, and other visual assets that align with brand standards using corporate identity.
• Support the development and visualization of customer and dealer journeys, including journey maps, process flows, and experience concepts.
• Design and maintain reusable templates for presentations, workshops, communications, and project deliverables.
• Organize design files and assets, incorporate revisions, and help ensure consistent visual quality across deliverables.

This intern will mainly support the areas of parts pricing and performance management, with tasks ranging from complex pricing analysis to tracking and reporting on business support budgets and activities. The intern will also work with different business units to compile and create management presentations. There will be a strong emphasis on independently gaining an understanding of various topics by working directly with program managers to visualize pre-determined talking points and outlines.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn and adapt to new and evolving pricing or financials tools and systems as required. They should also be very analytical and able to perform complex financial modeling and analysis with MS Excel.

This is a full time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
