NiCE is seeking a seasoned Director of Value Realization Services to lead a consulting team driving CX transformation and ROI. You will guide enterprise customers, align with Sales/Product/Engineering, and ensure measurable outcomes from NICE solutions.

The role requires deep CCaaS and CX AI expertise, strong P&L and executive communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering business value in enterprise software environments.

Formación

• 12+ years in consulting, CX strategy, or CX transformation within enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven success leading consulting teams delivering measurable value.
• Strong understanding of CCaaS and AI CX capabilities; strategic AI application.
• Strong business/financial acumen including managing P&L.
• Highly analytical and data-driven; translates insights into value.
• Familiarity with NICE CXone is required.
• Hands-on CX AI/CCaaS consulting expertise is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is desired.
