Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer experience strategy, service design, or marketing consulting.
• Proven expertise in customer journey mapping, user research, and CX best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and their role in customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assess current customer experience strategies and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and implement customer-centric strategies, including journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Advise clients on leveraging technology and data to personalize customer interactions.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of CX initiatives.
