TEKsystems is seeking a CX Strategist to lead CX strategy across a portfolio of clients with increasing complexity, delivering transformative digital solutions. You will drive implementation, conduct research, and facilitate workshops, collaborating with UX, Design, Brand, Content, Data and Technology teams.

This remote contract role emphasizes leadership in human-centered design and strategy across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CX/UX or Product strategy experience in an agency or consultancy.
• Expertise in human-centered research methodologies and techniques.
• Experience designing and leading ideation, collaboration or design workshops grounded in design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build trust in clients by supporting their business goals with CX strategy recommendations.
• Design and conduct CX research activities and synthesize actionable insights.
• Design and facilitate collaborative ideation and workshops with client stakeholders and team members.
• Shape strategic visions and narratives to meet client needs.
• Create artifacts to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support design recommendations with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop concepts and scenarios to envision future-state interactions.
• Create roadmaps for long-term innovation and transformation programs.
• Provide leadership in CX strategy and human-centered design processes.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, Brand, Content, Data and Tech experts.
• Contribute to Strategy discipline through process improvement and thought leadership.
