Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Customer Experience Project Management Supervisor in Richmond, VA for a hybrid schedule. You will oversee and coordinate CX projects, lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive initiatives that improve customer journeys and operations.

You’ll partner with a Sr. Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client outcomes, scale CX programs, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing customer experience projects with a focus on delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools relevant to CX initiatives.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate customer experience project activities from initiation to completion while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain schedules, resource plans, risk mitigation strategies, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients to align objectives and deliver outcomes in a matrix environment.
• Serve as a trusted partner and liaison for internal teams and clients, providing thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve customer experiences, and increase operational effectiveness.
