Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Customer Experience Program Management Professional to lead and execute customer experience initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results on the customer journey.

You will report to the Field Service Supervisor and work on a hybrid schedule from our West Columbia office, driving program performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction in DESC Energy Efficiency projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of program or project management experience in CX or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the DESC NEEP program ensuring goals, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and performance standards are achieved.
• Support Field Technicians by coordinating schedules, overseeing installations, and conducting QA inspections.
• Manage program performance with production reporting, target penetration rates, and weekly updates.
• Coordinate LMI weatherization and energy efficiency projects with proper documentation and stakeholder communication.
