Job Summary:
WonderDads is seeking a dynamic and upbeat customer experience individual to join our growing team. We are the largest nationwide membership of Dads, with a mission-driven and startup mentality that helps busy Dads embrace their kid’s childhood years. We are seeking an individual to help increase engagement, lower member churn and basically make all the resources we provide for our members that much better. You must be excited to handle a variety of tasks which would include, sending our content deliverables to members every month, testing activities to ensure they are fun, delivering on our content calendar throughout the year, identifying ways to have members sharing more on social media, finding ways to lower churn and a handful of other tasks that will enable you to lead a number of exciting initiatives, as we grow the business. Your self-starter attitude, grit and work ethic are the best additional skills you can bring to the table.
